Job Summary

Job Description
As a Field Delivery Manager youll be responsible for Best Buys delivery installation and warehousing strategy within your region. Youll oversee the operations within warehouses and services fulfillment from distribution centers and/or delivery pads. Youll lead a team of location managers and build a strong employee culture that drives favorable business results.

What youll do
  • Maintain operational consistency strategic alignment and performance accountability across your team
  • Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging
  • Set expectations for behaviors processes and performance that align with contractual requirements
  • Coach your leadership teams to promote talent development performance management and strong employee experience
  • Meet with the Operations Assistant Manager to receive feedback on operational gaps and put plans in place to change outcomes
  • Conduct facility visits and acts as a keyholder in partnership with location leaders to ensure fulfillment strategies are being executed
  • Overnight travel as needed.
Basic qualifications
  • 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
  • 4 years of retail logistics operational warehouse inventory or customer service experience
  • 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
  • 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships or partnerships
Preferred qualifications
  • Multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in delivery transportation distribution or logistics
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Experience managing a remote workforce
  • Bachelors degree in operations management distribution logistics business or related field
