Job Summary
- Run Thailand PRC Site in a safe manner and meet all external/internal OH&S requirements.
- Manage with the site PRC Material handlers technicians all personnel.
- Represent Thailand PRCs at an IMG level.
- Own and deliver Thailand PRC KPIs.
- Manage and Maintain Parts Return and Shipments to and from Thailand.
- Deliver the L2 and L3 Parts Testing and Teardown Plan on Warranty Components.
- Manage Engine and Transmission Teardown process for Thailand PRC.
- Develop and Manage Red Table Review (RTR) processes for Thailand PRC.
- Deliver Dealer Control plan for Thailand PRC.
- Follow PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome.
- Manage the Thailand PRC Cost Budget.
- Complete Other Assignment / Projects as required.
Ensure that training and development processes are clear and available to the individual team members.

Qualifications
| Education Qualification | Engineering preferred. |
| No. of Years of Experience | Min 6 years experience in a technical environment required |
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills) | Automotive experience preferred |
| Preferred previous experiences | Manufacturing Quality Material Handling experience in a high-quality manufacturing-design environment |
| Functional Skills | Strong Technical Analytical skills required People management skills Customs & Logistic requirements for Thailand market. |
| Behavioural Skills | Leadership Results-driven attitude Effective communication skills (incl English) both verbal and written. Ability to influence and build relationships. |
| Special Knowledge/Skills Required | Quality-AI / GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Microcat / Panda / PTS Microsoft OfficeFord QOS Tracklite. |
Any Others | On site role Flexible work hours required (incl participation in global mtgs in evenings) Limited travel may be required. |
