Job Summary
What youll do
- Manage end-to-end implementation of our regulatory reporting software suite ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones.
- Define scope deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients internal development teams and external partners.
- Facilitate regular status meetings (e.g. weekly status update and monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings) and ensure transparent communication.
- Manage clients and internal expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives of both Regnology and clients.
- Lead cross-functional and international project teams with a focus on APAC jurisdictions (e.g. MAS HKMA APRA).
- Oversee project governance risk management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design and proposal development.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement applicable for senior project manager positions.

- Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field; or equivalent experience in banking insurance or regulatory domains.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects ideally in regulatory reporting or financial services.
- Strong understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2) and/or background in financial/data analytics preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with diverse teams.
- Experience in business development or client engagement within a global firm is highly valued.
- Based in Pune.
