About the Role

Connect to Work aims to support disabled people people with health conditions and people from disadvantaged groups with multiple and complex barriers to move into and maintain employment.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and experienced technical support assistant to assist with the delivery of the Connect to Work programme. The role will involve technical support to establish systems and processes support the Connect to Work delivery team and direct interaction with service users to help them with their pursuit of sustainable employment.

Applicants must hold a UK driving licence.

About You

To apply for this post you must:

  • Have excellent English maths and ICT skills with a minimum of 3 GCSE or equivalent in Maths English and ICT.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability establish individual support requirements and coach individuals through complex systems and processes.
  • The ability to prioritise and plan ones own workload in the context of conflicting priorities and work on ones own initiative.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of and commitment to Equal Opportunities and the ability to apply this to all situations.

We also expect you to shareour commitment to our valuesand will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
