AmeriPharma is looking for an experience Talent Acquisition professional to join our team! We are seeking someone who has the experience vision and passion to contribute to our culture and deliver extraordinary results. This position will report directly to Director of Pharmacy and work closely with other departments.

Job Description

Perform functions to provide a solid talent pipeline of individuals coming in to meet the companys staffing and recruiting needs.

Job Function

Prepare job postings pre-screening candidates conduct phone interviews coordinate interviews for management for all candidates.
Assess talent through phone screening resume review and a structured interview process.
Consult and coach Hiring Managers through the selection process and make recommendations for candidate interviews.
Work with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to develop and understanding of the department environment strategy and talent profiles to support the hiring needs of the business.
Develop recruitment updates to review trends competitive intelligence and talent demographics.
Handle employment application intake through the companys applicant tracking system.
Send interview confirmations and preparation for candidates and hiring teams.
Assist managers/supervisor with HR related projects.
Assist with developing relationships with schools and other recruiting partners.

Competency

Previous experience in healthcare is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking skills required.
Excellent relationship management skills required.
High level of ethics and integrity required.
Strong collaboration skills with management.

Education/Experience Requirements

Fundamental knowledge of employment law and best practices.
Experience in identifying qualified candidates.
Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
