The Technical Support Specialist provides remote and in-person technical support to all NGL employees maintains computer hardware and software and provisions user access with a primary focus on supporting customers and systems at NGL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support customers of all technical proficiencies from basic inquiries to intermediate.
- Collaborate with other ITCS staff IT staff and vendors to support customers.
- Maintain computer hardware and software including packaging and deploying software.
- Perform user access provisioning.
- Ship receive and keep up-to-date inventory of technical hardware.
- Provide after-hours on-call support as necessary.
- Perform Incident Manager tasks including setting up Incident Response Team meeting and communication sending communications to the business and keeping the Team focused on resolving the immediate incident.
Schedule: This is full-time hourly position between the hours of 8a and 4:30p CST Monday - Friday; or as needed for department coverage.

Education Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalency
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Years of Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer technical support or related field required
- Experience using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Jira Service Management Active Directory Users and Computers and Exchange.
