The Role
Fidelity is seeking a transformative Head of Data Governance to lead the evolution of its data governance function. This role is central to enabling trusted secure and business-aligned data practices across a complex data estate spanning multiple business units legal entities and data domains.
You will drive the modernization of our data governance function by working closely with business partners to establish actionable data governance policies and controls that ensure data is handled securely and responsibly to achieve business objectives.

The Team
Along with the Heads of Stewardship and Quality you will support the institutional and brokerage arms of Fidelity which are complex business lines. Our dynamic team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals with experience in Operations Risk Information Security Technology & Data Management. The base salary range for this position is $00 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
