Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established family-owned insurance agency. With decades of industry success and a strong reputation for client service the organization offers a supportive environment excellent culture and long-term stability. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $75000 (depending on experience) commissions & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts including home auto umbrella and other standard policies.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts utilizing a round-robin servicing approach.
- Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal team members.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
