About the Role
Were looking for a Warehouse Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be picking packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. Youll also cross-train in other warehouse areas and contribute to process improvement projects.
What Youll Do
- Pick pack and ship customer orders for same-day delivery
- Operate forklifts safely to move products and load trucks
- Use ProShip software and ERP systems to process and track shipments
- Follow standard work for labeling overpacking and palletizing
- Obtain or maintain Dangerous Goods and IATA shipping certification
- Support warehouse operations (Amazon fulfillment purchasing receiving)
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving projects
What Youll Bring
High school diploma (required)
3 years experience in a distribution or warehouse environment (preferred)
Forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
Strong computer and math skills
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
