Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic client relations team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact for our clients ensuring seamless communication prompt support and the successful delivery of branding projects. This role requires a blend of professionalism strategic thinking and interpersonal excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Coordinate project timelines deliverables and communications between clients and internal teams.
Understand client needs and provide proactive solutions that align with Elevare Brandings standards of excellence.
Prepare account reports and performance summaries for internal review and client presentation.
Manage feedback and implement necessary adjustments to optimize service and results.
Support the development of new strategies to enhance client retention and engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in account management customer relations or client service (branding or marketing industry preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
A professional client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
