Job Summary
The Temporary RCC Project Support Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure timely completion of RCCE grant deliverables as the college approaches the closeout of the project in Fall 2026. This position is responsible for a range of administrative student-facing and coordination duties aimed at embedding career readiness throughout the college experience.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy self-motivated professional with excellent organizational and communication skills capable of balancing project support and student engagement. This role is designed to offload time-intensive administrative functions allowing the RCC Project Manager to focus on high-level initiatives such as Prior Learning Assessment (PLA/CPL) integration curriculum alignment and strategic grant reporting.
