Job Summary
Position: Senior AI&Java Engineer Payment Technology project
Location:Krakow Wroclaw Warsaw
Type of work: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)- obligatory
Contract: only contract of employment

As a Senior AI & Java Engineer youll be part of a dynamic team developing scalable high-performing applications and AI agents. Youll contribute to the design and implementation of microservices agentic workflows and intelligent systems that support our secure data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI agents usingGenAILLMs LangChain LangGraph and related frameworks
- Build agentic workflows and tools in multi-agent environments
- Design and implement microservices using Java Spring Boot Kafka and MySQL
- Author and maintain APIs ensuring performance and scalability
- Apply test-driven development practices and conduct code reviews
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments across development staging and production
- Troubleshoot production and security issues
- Participate in architecture design and documentation
- Write and optimize database queries and fix bugs in existing codebases
- Contribute to large-scale application design and deployment procedures
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related field plus 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience with GenAI LLMs and AI agent deployment
- 6 years of Python experience in AI development
- 7 years of experience with Core Java and java application development for Restful web services
- 7 years of Java experience including RESTful web services
- Deep knowledge of Spring Framework Spring Boot and build tools like Maven
- 5 years of experience with Kafka and reactive/event-driven programming
- Solid understanding of OOP design principles and design patterns
- Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes (preferred but not required)
- Product requirement creation
- Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities
