Youll be the face of Noel Leeming Commercial in the region - managing key relationships staying across the latest tech and product trends and ensuring were always one step ahead of customer needs.

- Shape and execute the national field sales strategy within your region
- Lead coach and empower your team to exceed targets and deliver operational excellence
- Monitor performance and create a culture built on growth accountability and success
- Partner with Regional Leads to review results identify opportunities and act fast
- Support your team in key client meetings bringing insight credibility and confidence to every conversation
