The Executive Administrative Assistant to the President Physician Division of Emory Healthcare plays a crucial role in maintaining the image and brand of the Emory Clinic administration office and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support managing calendars coordinating meetings and events travel and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality. He/she must be able to manage multiple competing and changing priorities with the highest level of professionalism.
This position is on-site.
Under limited supervision provides advanced administrative and executive support to C-Suite leaders. This position requires excellent judgment discretion and organizational skills to manage executive priorities coordinate complex schedules and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership supporting the success of organizational goals and initiatives.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education / Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related field OR Seven (7) years of office administration senior secretarial or related experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. If Bachelors 3 years office administration senior secretarial or related experience.
Knowledge skills and abilities (required):
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium Max 25lbs): up to 25 lbs. 0-33% of the work day (occasionally) Lifting 25 lbs. max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.; Occasional to frequent standing & walking Occasional sitting Close eye work (computers typing reading writing) Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
