In this role you will lead building a new initiative from the ground up. As an effective communicator you will engage with S-TEAM leadership through both written and verbal communications. Your track record should show success in making high judgement decisions fostering strong partnerships advocating for customers and influencing partner teams. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast pace start up environment.
Your responsibilities will include setting the CX vision and collaborating with tech partners to develop scalable solutions. You will create experimental frameworks analyze results and structure scalable programs across diverse customer use cases and touch-points.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
