Hi were Dr. Robert and Dr. Alivia Schaefer. We are a husband-and-wife chiropractic team and the proud owners of 100% Chiropractic St. Petersburg. We are seeking a positive reliable and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone. The right candidate will be self-motivated dependable and eager to learn with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and accuracy are essential. You should be confident professional and detail-oriented capable of building meaningful connections with patients while also staying organized and efficient behind the scenes. Your Tasks Will Include:
- Greeting new patients giving tours reviewing health histories and educating on chiropractic.
- Preparing and organizing intake forms prior to visits.
- Checking and returning voicemails.
- Calling new patient leads (patients requesting visits with us).
- Entering doctor recommendations into spreadsheets for financial presentations.
- Performing insurance verifications.
- Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth.
- Scheduling appointments and confirming upcoming visits.

- Managing daily cash deposits.
Requirements
