Job Summary
Incredible Sales Opportunity High Earnings & Established Book of Business!
This is a rare opening that wont be available for long! Youll be stepping into a large established book of business with tremendous earning potential perfect for a motivated sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.
The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales ideally within the agriculture industry and the drive to make an immediate impact. Local candidates are preferred but exceptional applicants from outside the area will absolutely be considered.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80000 $90000
- Commission: $10000 $130000 (realistic potential to double your base salary and then some!)
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in helping grow their business.
- Deliver exceptional value-added service that positions us as the customers go-to supplier.
- Develop creative customer-focused solutions that drive sales and improve our offerings.
- Execute company sales strategies and meet or exceed established targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Proactively identify key decision-makers and influencers within accounts and strengthen those relationships.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance forecast metrics and achieve growth goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute effective campaigns and drive engagement.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- B.S. in Agriculture Ag Business or related field
- 35 years of proven sales experience
