Get to Know the Role

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive the next chapter of Grab Ads with a focus on building solutions for our largest advertisers including leading restaurant partners and top FMCG clients across Southeast Asia. You will own the strategy and execution for products that solve the complex needs of enterprise advertisers while shaping an entirely new go-to-market approach for Grab Ads.

As a Lead PM you will work hands-on with customers to design prototype and test new features with speed and agility. You will be expected to leverage GenAI tools to work lean reducing dependence on large cross-functional teams and accelerate the buildmeasurelearn cycle. Your ability to combine customer insight with technical fluency will help create differentiated advertising solutions that deliver impact for both endemic and global advertisers.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Lead a 01 journey in defining a new GTM strategy for Grab Ads.
  • Partner directly with enterprise advertisers to co-create fast prototypes and learn from real-world usage.
  • Deliver innovative products that strengthen Grab Ads position as the preferred partner for complex large-scale advertisers.

You will be based onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Set and drive the product strategy for managed advertisers.
  • Propose logical hypotheses and design effective creative experiments to test and validate hypotheses.
  • Work directly with engineering product analytics and design to ship features quickly.
  • Collaborate with external partners and sales teams to coordinate new features and betas.
  • Communicate sophisticated ideas in a concise manner and drive alignment among leadership and key team members.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on digital advertising and analytics.
  • Experience launching successful products and driving business growth.
  • Understanding of complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation including SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem including ad serving ad exchange and demand-side platforms.
