We are looking for versatile individuals to help manage projects and airport operations.
Were looking for people who value challenges and are excited to be part of our expanding 4W Rental organization in Indonesia. You will work onsite in our office in East Jakarta and report to Special Project Manager. If this resonates with you keep reading!
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Help coordinate airport and special projects from initiation to completion ensuring and within-budget delivery.
- Provide administrative support to project managers including preparing and distributing meeting materials taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain project documentation including reports charts and other visual aids.
- Perform site visits to monitor project progress identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelors degree from any major
- 2 years of experience in airport operations project management or other related field
- Knowledge of airport regulations ground transport operation and industry best practices.
- Knowledge on Excel (can perform complex functions) Sheets basic programming and data analytics
