Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency brand seeking a talented and driven Property Consultant to operate on a self-employed basis in Barking.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with strong property sales experience and a proven ability to value list and close deals. Youll have the freedom to build your own business within an established framework supported by a respected brand full training and ongoing operational guidance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Building and managing your own portfolio of clients and properties
• Conducting market appraisals and securing new listings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Providing an outstanding customer experience at every stage
• Networking locally to generate leads and grow your business
• Managing your own diary workload and marketing activity
• Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in estate agency (Senior Negotiator Valuer or Branch Manager level)
• Strong listing and instruction-winning ability
• Excellent local market knowledge of Barking and surrounding areas
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and drive
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
