Service Advisor Independent Garage Haslemere Area
Basic Salary: Up to 35000
Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am5:30pm Saturday mornings on a rota

Were a well-established independent garage in the Haslemere area known for our loyal customer base quality workmanship and approachable team culture. Were now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the face of our customer service someone who can build trust communicate clearly and keep everything running smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
- Preparing job cards estimates and invoices
- Offering updates and advice on repairs and services
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive friendly attitude someone whos great with people
- Good working knowledge of the motor trade (independent garage experience a plus)
