Sitting on Read Street in the centre of Rockingham Leisure Inn is in the heart of the community.  

A stones throw away from the shores of Rockingham Beach and less than an hour drive south of Perth CBD were the perfect getaway to experience the best of Western Australias coastline.  

Our spacious bistro has the everything our guests want for their overdue family lunch a catch up with mates or an intimate date night. 

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift

About you:

• Youve been around the bar and bistro and maybe already done some supervising
• Youre ready to take the next (or your first) step into managing a team
• Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
• Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• Youve got a current RSA and Approved Managers card as per state requirements
