Description

General Summary: NuWaves a premier supplier of RF Systems RF Products and Engineering Design Services is actively a seeking talented and highly motivated Marketing Specialist with 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing in the aerospace and defense industry. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting complex RF products and services to customers in the defense and aerospace market. This specialized role requires a blend of technical acumen and marketing expertise working closely with engineering teams to communicate highly technical information to customers. This individual will work directly with NuWaves business development team to support the overall marketing strategy. The Marketing Specialist is well-versed in SEO management AI tools website management content creation market research NuWaves product offerings and industry regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARs Export Compliance).

Performance Objectives:

Within 90 days develop implement and execute effective web marketing strategies to increase NuWaves brand awareness and sales conversions inclusive of the following:
- Social Media Presence (LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Front-end Website Maintenance (WordPress Updates Content Plug In Management)
- SEO Management (Google Bing ChatGPT)
- Google Analytics(monitor analyze report)
Within 90 days proactively identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for improved web presence and audience experience.
Within 30 days collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content across a variety of platforms including website and social media.
- Must be able to work with technical teams to distill information into marketing material.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools desired.
Within 90 days have a basic understanding of NuWaves products applications and markets served.

Typical Education and Experience: Associates/Bachelors degree in related field and5-10 years of experience in similar role managing web marketing.
