Job Summary
Qualifications

MS or MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field and 1-3 years experience in the field.
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain federal government clearance and maintain clearance while employed with CGINTL.
Demonstrated ability to prepare for an organization a cohesive and strategic implementation plan that focuses on establishing a common standard for employee behaviors.
Demonstrated ability to perform objective analysis integrating disparate qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable information.
Desired Qualifications:
1-3 years or more experience in support of I/O development activities at a commercial industrial entity engaged in complex system development manufacture or operation. Organizational Development-related certification (e.g. Change Management).
Responsibilities
Specific areas of support include leadership and management organizational support risk management strategic communication and prevention of high-consequence events.
CGITL also provides support for defense strategy and policy development and implementation.
The principal responsibility is to assist in guiding organizational development activities for CGINTL and other clients leveraging and building on the High Consequence Event Prevention Framework a vehicle for strengthening and sustaining culture in organizations engaged in complex system activities.
Secondary responsibility will be to support other high-reliability organization consulting and development activities.
A successful background check and drug screen is required
