About the job:
- Responsible for smooth operations of Administration & Facilities.
- Should have good knowledge competence and experience in managing all Administration & Facilities responsibilities including Housekeeping Front office operations E&M Equipment Fire & Safety systems Cafeteria Security Courier Stationary Pantry Event Management Hotel Management Air and ground travel Management Co-ordination with Landlord and Vendor management billing & payments asset management Guest/Customer management maintenance management purchases etc.
- Build relationship with employees and stakeholder influences that characterize partnership cooperation and trust.
- Point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service
- Sense of ownership required. Should be a self-starter initiator. Should be a team player. Should be able to independently manage responsibilities and programs.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Graduate in any discipline. Preferably from Hospitality industry.
- 2 to 3 years experience in handling Administration & Facilities operations in a reputed IT Organization.
- Should have sound knowledge of MS Office. Should have excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Process oriented.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates full accountability and ownership of actions and performance.
- Responds quicklyTakes immediate action when confronted with a problem or when made aware of a situation.
- Ensures high qualityDedicates required time and energy to assignments or tasks to ensure that no aspect of the work is neglected; works to overcome obstacles to completing tasks or assignments.
- Ability to give attention to details and accuracy.
- Data Management and MIS reporting.
