Were looking for an experienced professional to lead collaboration with NHS dermatology services helping shape and deliver non-promotional service offerings that align with NHS priorities and truly make a difference to patient outcomes. This is a direct to headcount position working for our client.
What youll be doing:
- Building strong partnerships with NHS dermatology teams GP practices and senior NHS leaders.
- Designing and implementing service solutions tailored to dermatology care pathways.
- Ensuring services meet ABPI Code compliance with clear KPIs and robust risk management.
- Leading audits and driving quality across multi-site dermatology liaison operations.
- Supporting acute trust leads and internal teams to enhance dermatology services.
- Overseeing crisis response and service improvement initiatives in dermatology.
What youll bring:
- A deep understanding of NHS systems and dermatology care pathways.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
- A track record in service development governance and compliance within healthcare.
- Ability to manage operations across multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with dermatology therapy areas.
- Flexibility to travel nationally.
