Job Summary

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to be a pivotal member of our Global Marketing team. This strategic role is responsible for arming our global sales teams with the compelling narratives tools and materials needed to win in a competitive landscape. You will act as the critical bridge between our central marketing/product functions and regional sales teams ensuring our go-to-market strategies are flawlessly executed and our value proposition resonates powerfully with clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Global Sales Toolkit Development: Design build and continuously optimize the full suite of sales enablement materials. This includes pitch decks one-pagers competitive benchmarks case studies and objection handlers that support every stage of the sales cycle. 
     

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Lead the GTM rollout for new products solutions and commercial offers. You will translate complex product features and market insights into clear client-centric value propositions and ready-to-use sales narratives. 
     

  • Sales Training & Empowerment: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for global sales teams. Ensure the consistent adoption and effective use of all sales materials narratives and GTM strategies through live and on-demand training sessions. 
     

  • Commercial Offer Design: Develop industry-specific and solution-based advertising packages (e.g. for Retail Auto CPG) to help sales teams proactively address client needs and structure compelling proposals. 
     

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing Insights Studio and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful message across all sales and marketing touchpoints. 
     

  • Performance & Optimization: Implement a robust feedback loop with global sales teams to gather insights measure the effectiveness of materials and continuously iterate to improve our commercial approach. 
     

  • Regional Market Specialization: Act as the primary enablement partner for our EMEA sales organization. You will be the expert in tailoring global narratives to address the specific needs competitive dynamics and regulatory nuances (e.g. GDPR) of the diverse markets within the region. 
     


Qualifications :

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement Product Marketing or a similar strategic marketing role with a strong preference for experience within the AdTech or media. 

  • Demonstrated mastery of creating high-impact sales narratives and materials. A portfolio showcasing previous work (pitch decks GTM plans) is highly encouraged. 

  • Expert proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint Keynote Canva) with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling. 

  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies pitch strategy and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple persuasive benefits. 

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English. 

  • A structured business-minded thinker who is proactive meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced global tech environment.
