Job Summary
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly experience Senior Project Manager delivers projects across capital water infrastructure including valves hydrants water pump stations network renewals water main replacements and more across the Unity Water addition to managing the Delivery phase of the programs renewals projects you will be collaborating with design scheduling cost and commissioning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success.
Our team is at the forefront of a diverse range of civil construction initiatives including water and wastewater treatment plants expansive water and wastewater networks critical asset renewal projects and flagship sustainable energy and utilities projects across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Region.

What youll do
Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
Oversee procurement strategies subcontractor engagement and supplier coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients design teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What were looking for
Engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure.
Project Management certification and RPEQ or willingness to obtain.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic contracting service orientated environment
Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Developed analytical planning/prioritisation financial planning and budgeting skills
