Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform ELISAs cell-based assays (infectivity uPlaque and Foci forming Flow cytometry) on live vaccine products process intermediates and related experimental samples in a high-throughput environment
- Analyze and review data
- Prepare solutions and culture media
- Maintain multiple cell lines
- Maintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Biology Biotechnology or related scientific concentration
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- 1-2 years related laboratory experience including ELISAs aseptic and cell culture techniques
- Experience with automation equipment and software:
- Tecan
- Precise robot
- Biotek Multiflo Liquid handler
- Ambistore
- Cellario software
Additional Information :
This position is Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
