Job Summary

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across locations to ensure accuracy availability and alignment with demand forecasts
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems and reports to support inventory planning and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with procurement production and logistics teams to manage inventory flow and optimize stock levels
  • Investigate and resolve root causes of inventory variances and recommend process improvements to reduce errors
  • Ensure inventory practices and documentation comply with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed inventory performance reports and present findings to management to guide strategic decision-making
  • Assist in developing and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures across departments

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Logistics or a related field
  • 26 years of experience in inventory control supply chain or related roles within a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles forecasting methods and supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other ISO quality standards and best practices in inventory documentation and control
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and inventory management software
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and root causes
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM CSCP or Six Sigma are a plus
