Job Summary
Our team is growing! Certified Benz & Beemer is hiring an Automotive Billing Clerk. We are a family-owned luxury pre-owned dealership celebrating its 18th year as Arizonas premier luxury pre-owned automobile dealer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing basic accounting functions including data entry and reconciliation
- Billing car deals
- Sending out payoff checks
- Billing Wholesale deals
- Maintaining wholesale titles
- Maintaining and reconciling monthly report of gross profit on billed deals
- Maintaining clean inventory schedules in accounting
- Maintaining floor plan payoffsschedulesand audits
- Plays key supporting role in the Accounting Department to the Title Clerk and to Accounts Payable/Receivable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Attention to detail & punctuality
- Works well in a fast-paced environment as a team player
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
