Job Summary

Infosys is seeking anAWS Data Engineer. In this role you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model research on technologies independently recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte NCor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 2years of Information Technology experience
At least 1yearof AWS experience
Experience in end-to-end implementation using technologies such as AWS and Snowflake
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL Unix shell scripting and Python

Preferred Qualification:

Knowledge in Cable Modem provisioning and management (DOCSIS knowledge is a significant plus).
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2 S3 RDS VPC EKS Lambda CloudWatch IAM etc.) Redshift.
Proven experience designing deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
Strong experience with Splunk for log aggregation analysis and dashboarding.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle databases including performance tuning and SQL query optimization.
Scripting proficiency in languages like Python Bash

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
