Essential Functions
Act as the primary general reception person for the front desk of the Admissions Office including greeting visitors creating a welcoming front office experience answering questions providing directions and referring people to appropriate areas. Help students and visitors get their needs met while visiting campus. Check in visitors for information sessions tours and appointments. Schedule appointments for office staff and campus visits. Collect and input contact information from potential students and connect them with Admissions resources and staff. Work with Admissions staff to schedule and book on and off campus events. Ensure informational materials are available for prospective students. Provide clerical support for the Admissions Office including answering phones processing mail uploading scanned documents filing and other office duties. Use the Admission CRM to look up information check in visitors input information and for communication purposes.
