Job Summary

 

  • Strategic planning and leadership: Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance and market analysis: Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimise strategies.
  • Industry Networking & Account Management: Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as e-commerce.
  • Sales initiatives and guest offers: Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
  • Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel: Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness.
  • Digital Marketing and Team Management: Develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the sales and marketing budget; allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with senior management to refine and enhance the hotels brand positioning; ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses travel agencies and corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with operations teams to ensure marketing promises align with guest experiences; implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
  • Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements; implement innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Education and Experience: University degree with 5 years in hotel Sales & Marketing; premium/luxury resort experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen leadership and analytical abilities; excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attributes: Guest-oriented professional with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in sales strategies marketing techniques and revenue management.
