Job Summary

Engineering Coordinator

This position will be the central point of communication and organization for the Engineering Department. Ensure the smooth operation of departmental administrative functions support engineering and maintenance activities and coordinate between internal teams and external contractors to uphold our high standards of facility management.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Engineering Department.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and manage work order systems (preventive and corrective).
  • Track and manage inventory of engineering tools parts and equipment.
  • Liaise with other departments and external vendors for maintenance requests and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections maintenance logs reports and regulatory documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel standards.
  • Support the Engineering leadership team in budget tracking procurement and reporting
  • Coordinate with the P&C department for payroll and other administrative-related functions.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality ideally in a cluster or resort complex environment.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within Engineering or Facilities Management preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background or understanding of engineering terminology is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in a large resort complex handling multiple assets.
