Job Summary
Position how youll contribute
We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer with a strong interest in Azure cloud technologies incident response and automation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a culture of accountability continuous improvement and operational excellence within our cloud support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Handling: Incident management including triage impact assessment and coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Support the preparation of RCA reports after service restoration.
- Process & Automation: Help design and improve processes reporting and automation for repetitive tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain and update operational runbooks SOPs and knowledge base articles.
- Cloud Resource Support: Assist with provisioning and configuring Azure resources across multiple environments.
- Monitoring: Help implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.
- Operational Tasks: Participate in deployments patching and disaster recovery activities under guidance.
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- 1 year of experience in IT support infrastructure or cloud-related roles.
- Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and concepts.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Basic networking knowledge and interest in cloud-native services.
- Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
