As part of the Controllership - RTR team you will analyze complex financial processes and build meaningful client relationships. As a Senior Associate you will manage and inspire others while navigating the intricacies of Record-to-Report activities securing quality deliverables and compliance with financial standards. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 to 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance

- Demonstrating supervisory experience in operational roles

- Managing and executing Record-to-Report activities

- Supporting SOX compliance and audit processes

- Utilizing software for PTP processes like SAP and Oracle

- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation

- Developing and updating desktop documentation for processes

- Understanding adjacent Finance and Accounting functions

- Demonstrating knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics
