Restaurant Team Member at HitchHike – Parttime Fulltime

Whats the deal

• You welcome guests in your own warm genuine way no scripted lines just real connections.

• You help them choose drinks dinner and everything in between.

• You know our menus inside out.

• You serve with flair and handle payments effortlessly.

• You take care of reservations and ensure their visit runs smoothly.

• You keep everything clean & safe from hygiene to food safety youve got it covered.

• You set up our meeting and event spaces ready-to-go with the right details and a sharp eye for presentation.

As we are opening our doors in late 2025 we are looking for multiple restaurant team members who are available for part-time or full-time (fulltime is 38 hours 5 days a week) starting from December 2025 at the earliest and who already brings a few years experience.

Who you are
Someone with an eye for detail flair and fun. You understand that hospitality is all about the complete picture atmosphere service and that great vibe. You take initiative think in solutions and always bring the energy to make it happen with your team.

• Youve already gained some hospitality experience and know how to put on a bit of a show.

• Youre a communication ninja with service running through your veins.

• Youre available for evening shifts including weekends.

• Youre a true team player with a killer attitude and unstoppable work ethic.

• Your look is always on point and you radiate hospitality like no other.

What do we offer you

• A salary in salary group III of the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement. We pay 75% above the catering collective labor agreement! ;
• A travel allowance of a maximum of 23 per day based on the distance between home and work;
