- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules appointments and travel arrangements of the executive team.
- Prepare and review correspondence reports presentations and confidential documents.
- Organize and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive office.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized filing systems for confidential records and documents.
- Coordinate logistics for business travel conferences and hotel events.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets expense reports and procurement requests.
- Support the planning and execution of hotel events executive meetings and VIP guest arrangements.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism integrity and discretion in all interactions.
- Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
- Excellent organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong sense of confidentiality trustworthiness and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management prioritization and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
