Job Summary

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules appointments and travel arrangements of the executive team.
  • Prepare and review correspondence reports presentations and confidential documents.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive office.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized filing systems for confidential records and documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for business travel conferences and hotel events.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets expense reports and procurement requests.
  • Support the planning and execution of hotel events executive meetings and VIP guest arrangements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism integrity and discretion in all interactions.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
  • Excellent organizational multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Strong sense of confidentiality trustworthiness and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management prioritization and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
