Walton-on-Thames Company Car Fuel OTE 55K60K Full-Time

Whats on Offer:
- Basic Salary: 18K 24K (reviewed every 6 months based on performance)
- Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of 55K60K based on just 13 units/month product sales
- Company Car Fuel: Provided from day one
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave bank holidays
Working Hours:
- Monday Friday: 8:45 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (1 in 3 Sundays on a rota)
- One day off during the week
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a sales-focused role (automotive or luxury retail experience is a bonus)
- A professional consultative approach to customer service
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
- Full UK driving licence is essential
