About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team specializing in sales and home ownership matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Home Ownership Matters:
- Handling shared ownership transactions
- Managing open market sales
- Processing interim and final staircasing
- Preparing licence to assign applications
- Conducting mortgagee in possession sales
- Conveyancing Support:
- Assisting with property acquisitions
- Supporting complex sales processes
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting thorough property searches
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Client Relationship Management:
- Providing clear and timely communication
- Supporting Registered Providers and Developers
- Managing client expectations
- Maintaining high standards of client service
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Professional Development and Teamwork:
- Supporting team objectives
- Contributing to departmental efficiency
- Participating in continuous learning
- Staying updated on housing sector developments
- Maintaining professional standards
