Job Summary
Were on the hunt for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury team in Shoreditch London.
Youll be part of a team that fundamentally powers the Wise product and mission!
What youll be doing:
Curating datasets surfacing metrics sizing opportunities and deeper dive analysis to discover inefficiencies and optimise the teams approach to money movement
Building and maintaining critical data pipelines
Hunting down and diagnosing unusual behaviour or anomalies with our trades and payments
Liaising with FX Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve processes to achieve lower costs and risks and these areas
Who you are
Advanced SQL skills
Experience building data pipelines
Strong analytical ability
3-5 years experience in similar roles
Data visualisation and storytelling ability
Ability to self organise and manage stakeholders
Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements
Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
Understanding of stats and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency understanding of variance and testing some regression modelling)
Desirable
DBT
Data modelling in a warehouse context
Experience working with financial or payments data

What do we offer:
Salary: 60000 - 75000
