Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving a culture of continuous improvement Were looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Adviser to join our team and play a key role in supporting health and safety across all areas of our business including shop floor testing facilities trackside commercial and off-site teams.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting departments in developing and maintaining Risk Assessments Safe Systems of Work and SOPs.
- Leading accident and incident investigations including root cause analysis and action planning.
- Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks and collaboration with the H&S committee.
- Advising on COSHH PPE and other key safety topics.
- Supporting contractor control RAMS reviews and statutory inspections.
What Were Looking For:
- NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) essential.
- Auditing qualification desirable.
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-performance environment.
- Strong knowledge of PUWER DSEAR LOLER COSHH and other key H&S areas.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
- A resilient empathetic and engaging approach to influencing change.
