Job Summary
As a Senior Data & Insights Consultant you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering advanced data analytics solutions that drive client success and business performance.
Analytics and Business Insights is a team of Program managers and Data & Insights professionals focused on managing portfolio of Client services initiatives with strategic cross-functional and client impact and designing data solutions that evolve Client payment performance optimization value proposition and enhance business performance capabilities of Client services to drive client success.
As part of the Analytics and Business Insights organization the Sr. Data & Insights Consultant will be responsible for delivery of multiple initiatives across Client Services 2030 portfolio with main focus on development and delivery of the advanced Data analytics solutions at scale that provide actionable insights and holistic view of Client business performance enabling robust and comprehensive dialogues with stakeholders on improvement opportunities and optimization strategies.
Experience and knowledge of data analytics is important to the success of the role as is the ability to deliver data insights and visualization solutions.
Innovation and a willingness to challenge traditional paradigms are also paramount to the success of the role.
Responsibilities
Lead development adoption and scaling of data analytics solutions that provide actionable data insights and holistic view of client business performance enabling robust and comprehensive dialogues with stakeholders on improvement opportunities and optimization strategies.
Execute end-to-end program management for new data analytics solutions deployment including requirements gathering development adoption scaling enhancements and maintenance.
Design enhance and test prototypes for new data solutions using Tableau and Power BI visualization tools with extracting and managing data from variety of data sources using SQL Python and data frameworks (Hadoop Hive Spark)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Analytics Clients Services Products Technology) to drive development integration and refinement of data solutions
Create and present data analytics deliverables to colleagues in the Client services other internal stakeholders with varying degrees of analytical and technical expertise
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
Strong program management skills with broad experience in managing large and complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
Advanced skills for manipulating data from a variety of source big data skills (e.g. Hadoop Hive Spark) ML/AI models and SQL skills required.
Experience in visualizing data with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Payments industry experience required i.e. acquiring issuing transaction processing etc.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.
Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills.
Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
