Job Summary
- Support for pre-sourcing technical discussion process release and safe launch of new project.
- Responsible for onsite root cause analyze of supplier quality problems and follow up the improvement actions at suppliers.
- Responsible for supplier quality continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in supplier quality management manufacturing or engineering. Better to know electronic assembly part.
- Technical Skills: Well-known quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC APQP PPAP).
- Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to supplier locations for problem solving and process confirmation.
- Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
