UAPs Strategy & Growth team is a collaborative high-performing and inclusive group responsible for maximizing value through optimization growth and transformation empowering the organization to think innovatively and differently through trusted strategic advisory and partnership.
Were seeking a highly strategic and data-savvy individual to join our team as Analyst Strategic this role youll serve as a critical strategic partner to executive leadership using analytics to drive business strategy unlock growth opportunities and inform decisions across the organization.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends risks and opportunities delivering clear data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership effectively guiding strategy growth and business improvement.
- Support strategy workshops and brainstorming sessions with the executive and senior leadership teams.
- Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights across the organization.
- Support the planning analysis and management of UAPs portfolio of top strategic initiatives.
- Lead automation efforts for data entry to support tracking of top strategic Initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business data science economics statistics or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis strategy consulting or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential for this role.
- Expertise in advanced analytics techniques (regression clustering etc.) and tools (Power BI Alteryx etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and deliver clear actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to distill complex analysis into clear insights.
