Job Summary
Join our growing team! We are looking for a temporary (6 months) full time dispatcher to create efficient routes for our delivery drivers. This position pays between $20.00 and $22.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits as of your first day paid time off and many other great benefits!
In this key role you will:
- Plan efficient driving routes and assign deliveries to drivers based on location and priority;
- Ensure drivers enter delivery times into delivery management system;
- Manage various tracking parameters in the delivery management module;
- Ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment;
- Pick and pack orders-find ordered parts in store inventory and prepare order for shipment.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Good customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to solve problems make decisions quickly multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous dispatching experience (asset).
