Job Summary
POSITION: Shop Admin
SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (OT Fridays as required)
PAY RATE: $20 - $23 per hour (DOE) Full Benefits Package
LOCATION: West Fargo ND
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Shop Admin must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively work independently and have attention to detail. This position will perform various landscaping janitorial delivery and pickup tasks using power equipment hand tools cleaning supplies and driving a vehicle.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Delivers parts to correct addresses obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
- Picks up parts along the scheduled route including items to be returned company orders and other items as requested.
- Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
- Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to maintenance supervisor.
- Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route as required.
- Track inventory of shop consumables as in PPE weld consumables grinding wheels and rocks. Provides weekly order list to supervisor.
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
- Monthly Financials such as P-Card expense tracking
- Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
- Operates forklift truck when necessary.
- Performs routine cleanup of shop restrooms and offices
- Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming them
- Clean and supply office restrooms
- Mow lawns trims weeds and rakes leaves as assigned.
- Light trimming of bushes shrubs and hedges.
- Completes snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks steps and doorways as needed during winter months.

- Prompt and dependable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- A Valid Drivers license
- Ability to drive safely.
- Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS smartphone apps and/or web-based or physical maps.
- Ability to plan delivery routes.
- Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
- Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
- Willingness to work outside
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to operate various types of power equipment including lawnmowers trimmers hedge trimmers leaf blowers and other landscaping equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools required for landscaping.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite of software preferred
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Forklift Experience Preferred
