This role encompasses a variety of work for clients including: outsourced full-cycle accounting financial reporting and analysis budgeting & forecasting strategic planning accounting systems & process analysis audit preparation and more.

Key responsibilities include:
- Perform day-to-day accounting services and month-end close for clients
- Review clients internal financials and internal team work for accuracy
- Provide clients with fully-customizable and user-friendly dashboards metrics and analytical reporting
- Assist in the budget and long-term planning process for clients
- Advise and provide insight into client specific industries and the marketplace
- Provide strategic guidance on key accounting and financial management issues
- Review clients internal accounting processes and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Recommend effective technological solutions to provide our clients with comprehensive accounting and financial information
- Prepare compilation financial statements
- Provide support for the audit process
- Manage workload projects and provide direction to staff
Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 3 years of accounting experience preferred
- 1 year of financial reporting experience preferred
- Experience in Syft Reach Reporting and Fathom is a plus
- CPA certification or plans to pursue certification preferred

Additional Information:
At Abdo we are committed to providing fair transparent and competitive compensation that reflects the unique skills and experiences of each candidate. The estimated base pay range for this role is $74000 - $99000 per year. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience education licensure certifications skills and business needs.
All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance special projects or significant importance or other major accomplishments.
