Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business Systems Analyst in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for implementing electronic transactions (EDI/API) for Flexs Business Partners Globally.
Coordinate and execute EDI/API testing with business partners and enable them into Flex Systems.
Coordinate with various internal IT & Business Stakeholders while implementation.
Provides Technical L3/L2 support to the Internal IT teams as and when necessary. This includes Troubleshooting Problems Technical communication Mapping failures and issues working with trading partners on the issues RC Analysis Advise on stable solutions etc.
Responsible for any technical or functional documentation for any new process or enhancement on the existing process.
Complies with Flexs Best Practices and Policies.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

Should have good supply chain knowledge on P2P / O2C transaction like Purchase order Order response Order change Forecast PO Receipts Shipment Advice Invoice etc
Must have Some implementation experience with EDI data formats ( X12 EDIFACT XML Json .Csv etc).
Experience at least one of the integration suits ie Web Method Gentran IBM Web Sphere Data Interchange etc.
Basic Knowledge of various connectivity channels (VAN AS2 FTP XML).
Basic ERP Knowledge in Materials Inventory Finance modules (Desirable Baan / SAP)..
Ability to analyze and interpret technical workflows or documents.
Proficiency in English and Good communication skills is must.
Problem-solving skills Strong Interpersonal Skills.
